Welcome to Experienti@ Training Course!
Experienti@ Training Course is an elite course created for swimming coaches, using a new training model in which theoretical knowledge will be enhanced through practical experience, guided by experienced mentors and during periods of mobility in swimming training centers of unequivocal merit.
This course is divided into two stages: theoretical sessions and practical sessions.
All the theoretical sessions can be attended by live sessions or record sessions. So, if you are not available to participate at live session you can attend the recorded session.
After that, during 2022, we will grant at least 150 mobilities where swimming coaches could experience in loco, the best practices at all the swimming training centres of this project partners.

Access conditions
You can carry out the practical component of the training by participating in live sessions or recorded sessions. The conditions for each of the modalities are as follows:
Live sessions
Live sessions will take place through the zoom platform at a defined date and time and have a cost of €20.00 per module. After registering in the training module, the trainee will receive the platform access data.
Registration for the live session must be made up to 24 hours before it takes place.
If, due to force majeure, the trainee is unable to participate in the live training, his registration will automatically be transferred to the recorded session.
To qualify for the certificate, trainees must participate in at least 75% of the training.
Recorded sessions
After the date of the live sessions, the modules will be available for participation in recorded sessions.
Participation in the course through recorded sessions costs €20.00 per module.
After registering, the trainee will have access to the training video. To have access to the certificate of participation, the trainee must send, within 15 days, a report on the training to the email experientia@fpnatacao.pt.
This report must be written in English and have between 3000 and 5000 characters per module.
By enrolling in the 7 modules of the course, the trainee gets a 30% discount.
Pratical component (mobilities)
In addition to theoretical training (live sessions or recorded sessions), this project provides for the realization of mobilities in the practical training component, however participation in the theoretical part does not guarantee direct access to mobility.
Only those who have successfully completed at least one theoretical module of the course will be accepted in the mobility program.
The conditions for accessing the practical component (mobilities) will be announced in due time by all participants in the theoretical component.
All activities in this course will be developed in English.
